Spring is pretty good but I love Autumn.

Crisp clear days, warm but not too hot, air so clear you can see for miles, gorgeous sunrises and fabulous sunsets both at convenient times, colourful leaves, not much mud and nights cool enough to cuddle up.

Today for most of the day I could see the difference between pasture, bush and land slip scar on the Coromandel Range from Birkenhead (North Shore).

I like the spring.  New growth, new life and all that. Grin

Spring and autumn.  Provided there is little mud.  I get pissy at mud.

Mud and snow.

Mud, snow and dust.

Mud, snow, dust and pollen.

I think that covers it.

Alas my little tamer of dragons.... it covers most things.          It is OK to write your name in the dust but please do not sign the date.

There are 5 humans, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 3 parrots and a multitude of teenage 'friends' through this house on a daily basis.

I don't mind that the dogs/cat/parrots don't wipe up their mess (well, I'd be damned impressed if they did), but I fail to see why the 4 additional humans who live her can't seem to get their crap sorted.  To be fair, Mr DT mopped the floors last night.  (I only went on strike about a week ago.  I've been vacuuming, but refused to mop.  I don't wear workboots.  I don't forget to take same workboots off at the door.)
