Lol... from the dailymail and "whatsupwiththat.com"
The Daily mail broadcasted Charles Manson's speech. Whether you consider the source to be "bad" is irrelevant.
Given you love a science consensus, you should love Watts up with that. It has won not once, but twice, the best science blog award (including the most recent).
Which is no doubt a James Hansen thing. A man, like a lot of green scientists, whose success rate in
predicting projecting anything correctly is close to zero. He's not quite in the league of Ehrlich or his buddy Holdren (Obama's "science-tsar"), but he is close. I mean New York should be underwater by now if Hansen was anywhere near correct...
But you are correct the rort is not over. It is diminishing, but they are fighting back. Michael Mann is suing Ball for his amusing quip that Mann should be in the State Pen, not the Penn State for example. The Climategate University has failed in its attempt to censor journalist James Delingpole. That one has got to hurt. Not to neglect the whitewashes of the Climategate affair. I mean stacking the panels full of alarmists (like Oxbrugh who has large investments in so called green technologies) and then trying to claim they're credible.
Have you heard the latest on the Climategate 'hide the decline'? It was well established the Phil Jones & co hid the data for the 1961 onwards tree ring data (since it declines), but McIntyre has discovered the other side of the graph was also hidden; it shows unprecedented warmth in the 15th century...much much much faster than any of the most generous 20th century upswing.
The lies are getting exposed. Unfortunately neo-Lysenkoism has huge backers and therefore those behind this paleo-phrenology have vested interests in keeping the big lie going. Still we are slowly bringing back sanity as the wheels come off the gravy-train. David Evans in Australia joining the sceptic side recently has got to be a big blow. Even the attempts to denigrate sceptic Freeman Dyson have failed.
