BANANA MILKSHAKE FOR ONE

Ingredients

⅓ cup mashed banana
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon honey or sugar

Procedure

Pour all ingredients into a jam-jar or shaker.
Cover with lid and shake throughly.
Serve ice-cold.
Decorate with a dash of nutmeg.

Serves 1.
