Laughter is the best medicine, unless you've got a really nasty case of syphilis, in which case penicillin is your best bet.

I shot it at f22 @ 5.2 seconds.
Large dof and I figured the longer exposure would give me the lovely swirl in the water. That image has won an award...I have sold it as well as have it hanging in my loungeroom. It's called Serenity. It was taken at a nearby mountain range and I put myself at some reasonable risk to get it. We had recently had some very major flooding so carrying my tripod with camera attached I had to climb down into the stream over rocks, slippery mud and little waterfalls.....it was interesting but certainly worth it. Smiley
I had it printed in metallic which did amazing things to the colours and texture. The photo on here really doesn't do it justice.

Benny,
Metallic is done in silver halide. I avoid inkjet printing as the colours are not as good and eventually the ink fades. Silver Halide lasts for 100's of years.

Thank you Nitpicker. Smiley
Those were interesting shots to get.
I was using a 100mm macro lens and hand held, no tripod. The dam was only about half full so I had to lay on my tummy amongst the reeds with my top half lower than my bottom half. I spent a few of hours like that so that the dragon and damselflies would get used to me and see I wasn't a threat. They really are quite seeet creatures once they trust you.
