Try hulling about two cups of strawberries and cut in half or quarters.
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoon of castor sugar ( confectioners sugar)
Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar.
Cover and refrigerate.

   balsamic vinegar??  Then what??  just eat or can ya add icecream???  Or is this something for over fish??
