02   Are you in New Zealand?  YES
03   Are you in the North Island? NO
04   Are you South of Christchurch? NO
05   Are you on the West of the South Island? Tricky YES but not on the coast
06   Are you in a populated area? (as in town, city or village) YES
07   Are you in Reefton? (I'm running out of ideas lol) NO will give clue after 10
08   Are you at Hamner Springs NO too far inland
09   Are you north of Westport? NO
10   Are you to the west but still in North Canterbury? NO refer answer 5 is within 50 k of coast and would be on about same latitude
11   Are you at Arthurs Pass? NO
12   Are you Lake Brunner?  ( lets hope I am in the right puzzle this time) NO, but you are 25-30 miles
       south
13   Well you could be at Craigieburn? NO....a tiny bit too far north and too far east
