So last week he had a makeshift weapon found on him.
This week he has been able to make ANOTHER weapon??
Trust me - if you are under 'watch' as he appears to have been, there is NO way you can get near anything to use as a weapon - knives forks are plastic and returned all counted. Staples are removed from magazines.
Maybe there will be questions asked.

is what I meant before lovelee.... someone will be blamed for the fact that he was able to do this. They will have a 'black mark' against their record. sure, behind scenes he will be congratulated for 'letting' it happen, but you can bet your bottom dollar that his lawyer will ask - HOW DID THIS HAPPEN... and someone will be held accountable.
if it was anyone else who committed suicide in jail, there would be a full investigation, just because of who this $%^^ was does not mean that there wont be an investigation.
personally i reckon, lets just bury the bugga out back and move on.
