I have marked my email address hidden but I have discovered that I still have an envelope beside my name in the members list. How do I get rid of that.  Others also have an envelope and clicking on it opens an email message showing their address. |

Thank you. I made sure i clicked on not to show my addy that is wht i was puzzled by the envelope next to my nick. I didn't click on the envelope but apparently Calliope did and saw someones email addy.
Does anyone know how to fix that envelope thingy?

Yep - if you hide your email then people cant see the envelope on your User Details. There's a few in there who have left there's as is... but they are aware of that. So long your email is "Keep Private" then you'll be right!  |

Hide email address from public? This spot has a check mark.but i still gots an envelope.
Show others your online status? This one don't have a check mark and i am hidden,that spot is doing to suit me, it is the other spot that ain't being nice to me.

Oh - as a side note...
You are able to see your own email address regardless of these settings - however once set to "Keep Private" then only you can see it - no one else can. It's a bit confusing I know... but it works.

Dazza - I cant find the link for where we have to go to put problems happening with the site. So Ill put it here .. haha .. dont shift it unless you stick an arrow somewhere showing me where its gone!! Ive been trying for a couple of days to load a couple of vids onto here - they arnt recognised any more. I notice when you click on the flash thing its says something like 200;200 .. I dont remember that being there before .. does it need a tweak??  |

We put links up on every messageboard in the old group as soon as this group was ready for public use (which was about a week ago), so I guess you didn't visit the old XNC2 during that time.
Like I said, you haven't missed much....this group has only been in existence for less than two weeks and it only went public about a week ago.
