Yes, I agree, the Auckland property market has been very fruitful...especially for those who had invested in multiple properties

..but it looks like the boom may be over...I think now investors will start moving to the regions...where better yields are available

.......hopefully we get a new mayor for Auckland who can get the finances back in order, unfortunately it looks like we are likely to get another trougher in Goff ...so it will probably be more of the same
