Two thorough investigations.
The second investigation instituted by the US Justice Department because of Trump's whining, whinging & screeching.
No evidence found. Hillary Clinton exonerated … yet again!!
Meanwhile, Robert S. Mueller III refused to exonerate Trump of anything, because he KNOWS Trump is guilty of everything.
But because the Justice Department who hired him refuses to take legal action against a sitting president, even though the evidence PROVES that president is a liar, a crook, is corrupt, is a criminal, etc., Mueller didn't take that evidence any further. He simply REFUSED to exonerate Trump.
So ... Hillary Clinton has been exonerated twice. Trump hasn't been exonerated by anybody.
