Unlike Donald J. Trump, Barak Obama is obviously perfectly happy to purchase a property KNOWING he will eventually lose it.
Whereas when global warming turns Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort into a swamp, he will be too stupid to “get it” and will blame Democrats for his digs turning into a swamp.
The difference between the two is that Obama is an intelligent human being whereas Trump is just another corrupt, criminal, stupid arsehole.
