As opposed to America's global ambition since part way through last century?

Or Great Britain's global ambition since the 19th century?

What we're seeing is simply the “changing of the guard” as one great power wanes and another rises.

Whether America likes it or not, they are going to be superceded in the top-dog's position by China.

It's just that many Americans are total dumbarses and are therefore too stupid to realise reality.
