from The Washington Post....

Trump says he wants a massive military parade
down Pennsylvania Avenue on July 4th

Trump loved France's Bastille Day military parade so much that he wants one of his own in America.

PRESIDENT TRUMP's trip to France for the country's Bastille Day parade in July left a big impression. So big, in fact, that he wants to replicate the experience back home.

As Trump met on Monday with French President Emmanuel Macron, the commander in chief gushed about seeing France's military might on display in the streets of Paris during his visit. And he told reporters he is looking into the possibility of having a parade down the streets of Washington on Independence Day to show the United States' “military strength”.

“I was your guest at Bastille Day, and it was one of the greatest parades I've ever seen,” Trump told Macron, who sat next to him. “It was two hours on the button, and it was military might and, I think, a tremendous thing for France and the spirit of France.”

“To a large extent because of what I witnessed, we may do something like that on July Fourth in Washington down Pennsylvania Avenue,” Trump said.

The comments prompted laughter from Macron and other officials sitting around them. The leaders were meeting in New York ahead of the United Nations General Assembly. But it wasn't the first time Trump has talked about wanting a military parade in the streets of Washington.

Before the inauguration, Trump officials inquired with the Pentagon about having armored vehicles participate in his inauguration parade, according to documents obtained by Huffington Post. And he told The Washington Post in January that he hoped that during his tenure, U.S. military might would be on display.

“Being a great president has to do with a lot of things, but one of them is being a great cheerleader for the country,” Trump said in the January interview. “And we're going to show the people as we build up our military, we're going to display our military.”

“That military may come marching down Pennsylvania Avenue. That military may be flying over New York City and Washington, D.C., for parades. I mean, we're going to be showing our military,” he added.

Although Trump is deeply unpopular in France, he was invited for the 100th Bastille Day ceremony in Paris by Macron in an effort to strengthen the relationship between the two countries and their new leaders. The lengthy parade seemed to thrill the president, who has long held a fascination with military force.

On Monday, seated next to Macron, he boasted about the levels of U.S. military spending so far in his term. And he said his goal would be to “try to top” what France did.

“I think we're looking forward to doing that,” Trump said. “I'm speaking with General Kelly and with all of the people involved, and we'll see if we can do it this year,” he added, referring to Chief of Staff John F. Kelly.

The Pentagon did not immediately respond to requests for comment about plans to hold such a parade.

Trump....good speech....just the facts...no pussy footing like OH-bummar

UN speech: Trump says 'Rocket Man' Kim Jong Un on 'suicide mission,' in broadside at 'rogue regimes'

President Trump, in his first speech before the United Nations, launched a rhetorical broadside Tuesday at “rogue regimes” including North Korea, Iran and Syria – while pointedly warning Kim Jong Un that the United States will “totally destroy” his country if he does not turn back from the nuclear weapons path.

“The scourge our planet today is a small group of rogue regimes that violate every principle on which the United Nations is based,” Trump told the U.N. General Assembly. “They respect neither their own citizens, nor the sovereign rights of their countries. If the righteous many do not confront the wicked few, then evil will triumph.”

Using his new nickname for North Korea’s dictator, Trump said: "Rocket Man is on a suicide mission for himself and for his regime."

Trump said North Korea’s “reckless pursuit of nuclear weapons and ballistic missiles threatens the entire world with unthinkable loss of human life.”

TRUMP, IN NEW DIG, MOCKS NORTH KOREA LEADER AS 'ROCKET MAN'

North Korea conducted its longest-ever test flight of a ballistic missile Friday, sending an intermediate-range weapon hurtling over U.S. ally Japan into the northern Pacific Ocean in a launch that signals both defiance of its rivals and a big technological advance.

“The United States has great strength and patience,” the president told the U.N. “But if it is forced to defend itself or its allies, we will have no choice but to totally destroy North Korea.”

Trump also singled out Iran, calling it “another reckless regime, one that speaks openly of mass murder, vowing death to America, destruction to Israel and ruin for many leaders and nations in this room.”

The president lambasted the Obama administration’s 2015 Iran nuclear deal, in which Iran agreed to curtail its nuclear weapons program in exchange for the easing of economic sanctions.

“The Iran deal was one of the worst and most one sided transactions the United States has ever entered into,” he said. “Frankly, that deal is an embarrassment to the United States and I don’t think you’ve heard the last of it, believe me.”

The president called for the de-escalation of the Syrian conflict and a “political solution that honors the will of the Syrian people.”

“The actions of the criminal regime of Bashar al-Assad, including the use of chemical weapons, against his own citizens, even innocent children, shock the conscience of every decent person,” he said.

Addressing Islamic extremism, Trump said the United States has made “big gains” toward the lasting defeat of the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq.

“We will stop radical Islamic terrorism because we cannot allow it to tear up our nation and indeed to tear up the entire world,” Trump said. “We must deny the terrorists safe haven, transit funding and any form of support for the vile and sinister ideology.”

As a candidate, Trump labeled the U.N. as weak and incompetent, and suggested that the body did not act as a friend of either the United States or Israel, but has since softened his tone.

“Just as the founders as this body intended, we must work together and confront together those who threaten us with chaos, turmoil and terror,” he said.

But Trump reiterated his “America first” foreign policy pledge from the presidential campaign during his speech on Tuesday.

“As president of the United States, I will always put America first,” the president said. “Just like you, as the leaders of your countries, will always and should always, put your countries first.”

He added: “The United States will forever be a great friend to the world and especially to its allies. But we can no longer be taken advantage of or enter into a one-sided deal where the United States gets nothing in return.”

Hahaha....Trump has been playing with his tiny penis by stroking it with his tiny hands to make him feel a “big man” to compensate him for his past inadequacies which saw him become a gutless coward and shirk his duties evading the draft during the Vietnam War.

That's probably why he wants huge military parades down Pennsylvania Avenue every July 4th, so he can masturbate while be gets off on the spectacle.

Yep....Trump is just another tin-pot dictator who needs craves big military parades to make him forget his inadequacies and past cowardice.
