That was cash owned by Iran which Obama had embargoed.
Then, a few years later, after getting Iran to agree to stop enriching uranium, sanctions against Iran were lifted and Iran's money was released from where it was being held.
But being a stupid Trump supporter (and Woodville's village idiot), I guess your brain is incapable of perceiving the truth.
