Nope....merely sticking up for any country which defends itself against a foreign power who launches strikes against it from the sea to hit back.

Any country which attacked and destroyed American ships attacking them would merely be doing the same as what America would do if another country had ships off the American coast attacking America.

I'd love to see a cavitating torpedo used in anger against an aggressor. It would be ENTERTAINMENT++++++!!!
