1kg fruitmix 2 cups self raising flour [can be gluten free] 600ml chocolate milk
Put fruit mix in large bowl and add milk. Cover bowl with clingfilm and put in fridge for 24hrs or until milk is all absorbed. Add flour 1 cup at a time, stirring well into fruitmix with a spoon While oven is preheating, spoon mixture into 8inch cake tin lined with baking paper or tinfoil. Bake for 1hr 45min @ 250C. Test with skewer. Cool while still in tin, on a cake rack. Glaze with jam while still hot if desired
I have made this and its is bloody nice. I am not that keen on chocolate though, so am going to try it with standard milk next.
