Title: How far do they wander? Post by: ssweetpea on April 13, 2010, 11:07:39 am We found out a couple of things about Bobby that we didn't know late last night. 1. He recognises the sound of our van, and 2. Why he is never in the driveway or at the door when we arrive home from being out all day. We arrived home from Taupo last night at about 10pm. As I drove down the road our street comes off we spotted a familiar fluffy blue tail and white feet legging it at speed out of the driveway of 35 towards our street. He dashed across the road well in front of us as I turned the corner and was down the hill and in the cat door before I stopped in the drive. To give you some idea of distance the top of our street is between 43 and 45, our house is behind 47. No wonder he takes a while to come when he is called. Sally on the other hand has been seen in the other direction down at 53. |
