Mercury read 5 instead of 6 dials on the meter. Which implies that all 6 were in the same area and not in different parts of the building. Why ignore a dial which is obviously working? .... The billing seems to cover the period January 2007 to July 2009 - that's a friggen HUGE miscalculation - over $1500 per month. He was paying $800 per month, so just under a quarter of what they say he should have been paying ($2300). .... Mercury blame misinformation by Empower, yet someone must have been aware that the difference was too substantial to be legitimate savings in costs alone. |
