Post by: nitpicker1 on January 26, 2010, 06:25:19 am try using the "in private" browsing function in IE8 if you're looking to block stuff like the banner ads on the group, it doesnt work there for me, and I sort of feel they help pay for our free use anyway so have developed selective blindness to cope with them. My dear old compac bit the dust just when I was thinking about doing the backup yesterday.... bought an Acer so back to the drawing board. Was surprised to find it came with XP.
