Paula Penfold has dramatic new revelations in the case of Teina Pora, a teenager convicted for a rape and murder that 3rd Degree believes he did not commit.
 
It seems the convincing evidence all points to serial rapist Malcolm Rewa.
 
After that crime, Rewa went on to attack 15 more women. Could he have been stopped sooner? Could some of these vicious attacks have been prevented?

3rd Degree has gone further into the investigation of the miscarriage of justice against Teina Pora – convicted in 1994 of the rape and murder of Susan Burdett. ...

So who invested the rape crime, gathered evidence, arrested Teina Pora, and put him before the courts in the first place?
